Who you’ll be dealing with
Most of the time, it’s just me.
I answer the phone, I turn up, and I do the work.
There’s no call centre, no subcontractors, and no one you’ve never spoken to arriving at your door.
This is a genuine family-run business, but day to day you’re dealing directly with the person who owns it and takes responsibility for every job.
On larger or planned jobs, my sons Dane or Dre may be on site with me.
And occasionally, on calm, non-urgent work, my youngest lad Blu might tag along for the day — nothing rushed, nothing risky — just time spent learning what proper work looks like.
But in an emergency, you’ll see the same Kev you spoke to on the phone.
The same standard for everyone
Whether I’m attending:

I’ll ask a few questions so I understand:

- and what’s realistically involved
If I can give you a clear price upfront, I will.
If there are unknowns — and sometimes there are — I’ll explain why, before I ever start.
I hate surprises, especially when money is involved.
Sometimes problems only reveal themselves once you’re into the job — that’s the nature of this work — but nothing changes without being explained first.
No sudden add-ons.

When I arrive
I turn up when I say I will — or I keep you informed if anything changes.
I’ll:
- explain what I’m doing before I do it
- work methodically, not rushed

If something can be repaired safely, I’ll repair it.
If it needs replacing, I’ll explain why — in plain English.
